Our Story

We met through mutual friends, bonding over sledding, ATVs, and various events. Both working in demanding careers – Duston as a millwright and Gavin in rail – we found common ground in our work ethic. Over the years, we pursued side gigs, seeking to earn extra and build something of our own. After discussing our aspirations and realizing our shared vision, we decided to join forces, splitting the workload and stress. With both of us still working full-time, life gets hectic, but together, we ensure that when one is busy, the other can step in. That’s how Tandem Services Ontario was born.
